Ministry of Education & British Council Concludes Training Workshop Program Regarding ELTeachers, Basic Education (7th-9th) grades during 1-6/1/2011, Reef Ibb & Almashana's districts.

The Ministry of Education, Training and Qualification sector, in conjunction with The British council, has recently conducted training workshop for ELTeachers, basic Education (7th-9th) during 1-6/1/2011 in Ibb city within the districts of Reef Ibb and Almashana. The number of the trainees reached about 85 ones from both districts whereas the trainers are eight ones. This training workshop aims at enhancing the roles of the EL teachers and developing their skills inside the classrooms and how to exploit the situations taken place using English as the best way to keep the learners going ahead as well as teaching English classroom language through the use of variable-interesting activities and new techniques applying most of whatever has been trained in the field of teaching.
The eighth trainers belong to three different governorates, two from Ibb, five from Taiz and one from Sana'a. Trainers of Reef Ibb are Acram, Hakim, Alkutami and Mahmoud who have just cascaded the training program at Althwrah School
On the other hand, Dr. Ahemd Alsermi, the General Director of Education office, AbdulRahman Alhebari, Head of Evaluation and Assessment Department and Mohammed Alsalahi, Head of Training and Qualification Department made an official visit to the couple training centers where the training workshops have been held. Besides, both of Adel Alhubishi, the Manager of Education office, Reef Ibb and Waleed Albu'si the Manager of Education office, Almashana's district came to ensure the trainees' conditions and the training program delivering some words of motivation to all the trainees promoting the key role taken by them to exploit such fruitful workshops so as to enrich their experiences ,refresh their ideas and reflect whatever has been given in the field of teaching valuing the greatest efforts made by the trainers to deliver such profitable and worthwhile training workshops to the trainees.
Similarly, the training program has been concluded by a very surprising mini- celebration at the stage of Alsha'b school by the presence of Mr. Mohammed Alsalahi, the head of the Training and Qualification sector, the Education office, the two Managers of Reef Ibb and Almashana's districts and Mr. Fuad Alsabahi, the Manager of Technical Department, the Training and Qualification Sector, the Education Office.
Acram Mothana Haider, (B.C&MOE) trainer who presented the phrases of the mini-celebration welcomed all the attendants being proud of their presence and gathering. Moreover, it was initiated by some verses of Holy Qura'n recited by the trainee Abdulwadood. Then, the trainer, Abdulhakeem Alsame'e,another (B.C&MOE) trainer delivered a few words expressing his great happiness to cascade such profitable training workshop together with his lovable colleagues in Ibb. He appreciated the gentle treatment being touched by the trainees and their active participation during the training program praising the efforts made by the trainer Acram Haider who did his utmost to make this celebration a success. Furthermore, Mr. Mohammed Alsalahi delivered a speech expressing the significance of delivering such English training programs which help to develop teacher's skills regarding teaching English language in the classrooms and at the same time, these workshops also will help them to improve their ways of teaching using various kinds of techniques, activities and strategies and trying to reflect what they have been trained in the field of teaching.
Meanwhile, homemade cakes, gateau, Pepsi, juice and pizza prepared by some female trainees were distributed to all the attendants. At last, Mr. Alsalahi, Alsabahi, Al hubishi and Albu'si and Najeeb Alsurihi have honored the trainers and trainees handing over them certificates. Prior the celebration to end, some female trainees on behalf of Reef Ibb trainees have given their 4th trainers some enveloped gifts.
On the other hand, it is worth-mentioning that since the workshop has been concluded, the trainers got impressed." I am very happy and satisfied since we have attended this applicable, useful and interesting training workshop" Lutf Al hubishi said." I am very impressed of the British council who usually selected the most fruitful and practical training workshops", NourAldeen Shamsan.
Generally speaking, a lot of thanks for Mr. Fetwi who usually has been in touch with us providing help and support in order to make the training program going on successfully. Also, we have a pleasure to thank Mr. Najeeb Maqrami and Amat Al lateef for close cooperation and following up. Finally, we do thank Yemen Observer newspaper, one of the most popular newspapers Yemenwide, especially Mr. Shuaib Al Mosawa, a famous English writer in, for his outstanding cooperation and continuous support being in touch with us publishing any new event the British Council has witnessed regarding the training workshop program.
